Stay Trek Bucheon Sangdong is a fully furnished one-room residence that reopened in November 2021 after a full remodel.
It occupies the entire 8th floor of the building with direct elevator access. Being on an upper floor, it is quiet and unaffected by the shops below.
Every room comes with a private bathroom and shower, individual air conditioner, private front-load washing machine, two-door fridge with freezer, microwave, bed, desk, chair, storage, clothes rack, LCD TV monitor, private Wi-Fi and a digital door lock.
Shared areas include a kitchen (induction cooktop, full cookware, water purifier), a dryer and a steam iron.
There are no extra fees for electricity, water, gas, internet or TV, making it more affordable than a studio apartment or officetel. There is no fixed contract term and you can move in for as little as one month.
All rooms have sprinklers, smoke detectors, fire alarms, extinguishers and emergency lanterns, and shared areas are covered by CCTV with an on-site manager. The owner manages the residence personally.
