GOSHIWONS (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), operating the website goshiwons.com, establishes and discloses the following Privacy Policy in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act to protect users’ personal information and rights, and to promptly address any complaints related to personal information.
Article 1. Purpose of Processing Personal Information

① The Company processes and retains personal information within the period prescribed by applicable laws or within the period agreed upon by the data subject at the time of collection.

A. Partner Registration and Management: Until the partner withdraws membership, except in the following cases where retention continues until the relevant matter is resolved:
・ When investigations or inquiries are ongoing due to violations of applicable laws
・ When contractual rights and obligations arising from service use remain outstanding
B. Provision of Goods or Services (including paid transaction records): Retained for five (5) years in accordance with the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc.
・ Records of payments and supply of goods or services: 5 years
・ Records related to contracts, withdrawal of subscription, and refunds: 5 years
・ Records related to consumer complaints or dispute resolution: 3 years
Article 3. Rights and Obligations of Data Subjects and Legal Representatives and Methods of Exercise
① Data subjects may exercise their rights at any time against the Company, including requesting access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of processing of their personal information.
② Rights under Paragraph 1 may be exercised in writing, by email, or through other means, and the Company shall take action without delay.
③ When a data subject requests correction or deletion of personal information due to errors or other reasons, the Company shall not use or provide such personal information until the correction or deletion is completed.

The Company processes the following personal information items:

・ Business name, contact person’s name, phone number and inquiry ID, business registration number
B. Use of Paid Services (processed via payment service providers)
・ Credit card payments: card issuer name, card number, etc.
・ Bank transfers: bank name, account number, etc.
Article 5. Destruction of Personal Information
① The Company shall destroy personal information without delay when the retention period has expired or the purpose of processing has been achieved.
② If personal information must be retained pursuant to other applicable laws despite the expiration of the agreed retention period or fulfillment of the processing purpose, such information shall be stored separately in a dedicated database (DB) or in a different storage location.

・ Electronic files: destroyed using technical methods that prevent recovery
・ Paper documents: destroyed by shredding or incineration
Article 6. Installation, Operation, and Refusal of Automatic Personal Information Collection Devices
① The Company uses cookies to save and retrieve map status for Google Maps integration.
② Users may refuse the storage of cookies by adjusting browser settings (Web Browser Top Menu > Tools > Internet Options > Privacy Settings).
③ Refusing cookies may cause some limitations in using Google Maps services.

Article 8. Changes to the Privacy Policy
